RETURNS & EXCHANGE:

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! Wig-n-Out’s goal is to give you an enchanting experience with great quality hair for magical prices. We want you to fall in love and under a spell with our hair and customer service. We will accept returns in exchange for store credit only. If there are any issues with your order after receiving, you will have 24-48 hrs to EMAIL US and let us know. No Exceptions. All exchange credit will be of final purchase price on your original receipt within 7 days of purchase.  Shipping fee is nonrefundable.

All purchases are final.

 

For exchanges the hair must be returned in its original new, unused, unwashed, no scents or odors, unaltered, no rips or tears and all tags must be attached, packaged, and in new condition with no signs of being worn/used/opened for exchange credit. We will need you to send your original receipt back. We will not exchange without original receipt.  You will receive an invoice via email and also a receipt located in the purchase package. We will need the receipt inside the packaging before we issue an exchange credit.

We will only exchange ONE (1) time. Please contact us at wignoutcustomercare@gmail.com and we will forward you exchange instructions.

During sales we do not offer exchanges.

All SALES ARE FINAL.

We recommend that you send your package via US Postal Insured Priority Mail as we are not responsible for lost packages.

We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back hair.

Exchange credit will be processed between 2-5 days.

If you know what you will like to exchange for we recommend that you advise us before returning the hair.

We will process your exchange and new order all at once.

When ordering please ensure correct address.

Wig-n-Out will apply a $10.00 undeliverable order and corrections to shipping addressed caused by customer error.

Custom Fees:

These fees are the responsibility of the customer.  We will Exchange the order MINUS original Shipping and you will incur a 10% Restocking fee

 

Order Verification 

The safety and security of our customers is the utmost priority of Wig-n-Out. To this end, Wig-n-Out seeks to create an optimal shopping environment against identity theft and fraud by preventing unauthorized purchases for our customers.

Wig-n-Out has created a highly sophisticated algorithm that prompts verification in the following cases but not limited to:

=The billing address on the customer’s order does not match the credit card used in the transaction

=The shipping address provided in the order is different than the billing address

=Unusual shopping patterns 

**To ensure a successful transaction, please ship your order to the billing address listed for your credit card.

SHIPPING:

SHIPPING

How long does shipping takes? 

​

Shipping takes on average 3-7 business days after orders are received and processed depending on geographical area.  Processing times are generally 1-3 business days, however most times processed same day if orders are placed Monday-Thursday before 1pm eastern standard time.  (7-14 business days during peak times including but not limited to holidays). Once shipped, international orders can take up to 10 business days for delivery and 14 during peak times. For specific international delivery times, please refer to USPS website. For more information on international shipping, please see below. Wig-n-Out  ships worldwide 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). Shipping is suspended on holidays and cannot be calculated as a business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not begin processing until Monday.

 

 

Shipping Delays 

All orders are subject to order verification and security checks. 

Orders must be verified before shipping. Orders where the billing address differs from the shipping address may be subjected to security checks in which can delay your order. When using Pay pal we suggest customers ship to address that is confirmed on pay pal site. We suggest customers use same billing address as ship address to prevent shipping delays due to mandatory verification checks. We suggest checking out using Paypal if the billing address differs from the shipping address to prevent order delay. Wig-n-Out  is not liable for shipping delays due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays, order verification or incorrect shipping addresses. Your order will be shipped to the address as entered on our website.

Providing an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address is one of the leading causes of shipping delays. Upon ordering, please ensure all delivery information is complete and accurate to ensure successful delivery. If an order is returned due to insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment.

International Orders

Prices quoted on our website include products purchased as well as shipping. Pricing does not include duties, taxes, or customs fees. International orders may be subjected to custom and duty charges. Please understand we cannot do anything about this. This is pertaining to your country rules.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any fees such as import duties, customs, and local taxes that may be required for delivery to your country. Duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by country so we recommend contacting your country’s customs department for estimated rates.

International shipping is generally 6-10 business days via USPS. However, shipping delays may occur due Customs Clearance. Wig-n-Out is not responsible for shipping delays due to Customs Clearance.

After placing your order you will receive a tracking number once package is shipped. You can use this number to track the progress of your order. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number to track your order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Can I cancel my order?

No. All sales are FINAL. In some cases orders are shipped before 5-7 business days.

 

CANCELLATION BY WIG-N-OUT LLC

Wig-n-Out reserves the right to cancel your order and / or refuse to accept subsequent orders in certain situations.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All customers are responsible for their own shipping, duty fees and custom charges. Wig-n-Out will not pay those fees. The amount on the fees depends on the country rules and regulations in which this is outside of Wig-n-Out prices.

Shipping and delivery can take up to 14 business days to receive. 

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us. Wig-n-Out values customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all Wig-n-Out LLC users.

Wig-n-Out is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card information and personal information to any third party without your permission. If you were linked to our site by another site, we cannot be responsible or held liable for their actions.

We may disclose your personal information only if required by law to do so or you have violated our terms of service.

The security of your personal information is important to us. Credit card payments are encrypted through SSL. This is a standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

In order to use the Wig-n-Out website, we may require information from you in order to provide best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regards to sales, support and accounts, including email. Any information collected by Wig-n-Out is collected via your input or correspondence from you to us. This may be via telephone or email. We collect Full name, Email address, shipping address, phone number, billing address and credit /debit card information.

By using Wig-n-Out, you represent that the information that is given to us is true. 

 

FRAUD

We will actively fight fraudulent credit card transactions. There are times when we may have to contact you to verify your identity to verify this transaction is legitimate. If so, this may cause some delays on your shipping time. Its best to make sure your shipping address matches your billing address to ensure quick delivery.
